Mike Taylor and Luke Goodman return to Silk City for the first time in years! If you know, you know. In the mid-2000s, every Thursday, Djs Sammy Slice, Cool Hand Luke (Luke Goodman), and Mike Taylor threw one of the wildest and most diverse parties in the city called “Mo Money No Problems.” From indie rock to gangsta rap, they left no corners culturally unturned. Tastefully weaving in and out of genres, curating the vibration before “Open format” was a regularly used term. Mike Taylor has gone on to tour the world as an Artist, songwriter, and Dj and is known for his breakout Billboard top 3 hit Summerthing! With Afrojack and his most recent collaboration with Unlike Pluto, “Everything Black,” which currently has over 250 Million streams on Spotify alone. But make no mistake, even though the world is his playground, Philly is his home, and it all started at Silk City! You don’t wanna miss this one.
